The main advantage using online bookmarking rather browser bookmarks is the fact that you can visit your favorite sites and retrieve useful information anytime you want from any avaliable pc. I had tried Diigo before but I didn't really explored the possibilities that has to offer and I couldn't see how I could use it to classroom. After reading the suggested article and saw the lesson plans a million ideas came up. Ofcourse from ideas to actual implementation there is a long way. But I can see how different classes of the same grade can interact with each other and share information. As for the social aspect of the tool I have to admit that I am a bit sceptical, afraid that maybe I will put my students into danger. I realize the need to be up to date and implement lets say "new" technologies into classroom but I cannot stop feeling nervous about it. Maybe after completing the Social Media unit I will feel more confident about it.:-)

Web Browsers Reflection
Well after testing some different browsers I would say that I prefer Google Chrome. It is faster in opening pages than the others and I really like the layout. I have tried all the suggested add-ons and many others thinking that they could be useful. I admit that I have uninstalled many of them realizing that the browser was getting a little bit slow. I found RealtimeBoard Extension is something that students could benefit from either by creating a project canvas or a min map.

Copyright
- What did you learn about copyright that you did not know before?
I had heard about creative commons as a general idea and I didn't know that there were so many different attributes of cc that you could assign to your digital work. - What questions do you still have about copyright?
I was wondering if you can use in a classroom images of famous paintings and who owns (if any) the rights for these paintings. - Which copyright resources did you find useful?
I found really useful the copyright material for classroom, the cc resource list and off course the digital copyright slider.

Tech Tools 3.0 : Blogging
I have been teaching ICT at High School for almost 13 years now. I am always anxious that maybe I am left behind since technology is running ahead and I 'm only walking. I really hope with this webinar to learn new things that I could bring back to my students in order to engage and motivate them.
An online course is great. One can do it at his or hers own free time. Of course this has its pros and cons. You have to be really dedicated and self-disciplined to overcome all distractions.
As for my experience from blogs, I do follow some, of various subjects, but I never tried to set up one myself. I have to admit writing this one I wonder why I didn't try it earlier! Thanks Caitlin!
